By using DINR Table ("the Service"), operated by DINR Systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DINR Table is a restaurant reservation management platform that enables restaurants to accept and manage table bookings. Guests use the Service to make reservations at participating restaurants.
3. SMS Communications & Consent
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on the booking form, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages from DINR Table. These messages may include:
- Reservation confirmation messages
- Reservation reminder messages
- One-time verification codes (OTP) for account access
- Cancellation notifications
Message frequency varies based on your reservation activity (typically 1–3 messages per reservation). Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any SMS. To re-enable messages, reply UNSTOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at team@dinr.io or call 1-844-909-4045.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when making a reservation. You are responsible for honoring your reservations or cancelling them in advance in accordance with the restaurant's cancellation policy.
5. Restaurant Responsibilities
Restaurants using DINR Table are responsible for managing their reservations, communicating their policies to guests, and honouring confirmed bookings.
6. Limitation of Liability
DINR Table is a technology platform and is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or policies of any restaurant. We are not liable for any damages arising from a missed, cancelled, or unsatisfactory reservation experience.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
